Brief Overview & History

The KamJo(KJ) Group formerly known and still registered as KamJo Industries cc. was formed and conceptualized in 2007. Initially the Directors Mr M. Joosub & Mr Z. Kamdar having formed their own businesses independently one being in the Computers, Web Design & Webhosting Industry whilst the other being in the Clothing Industry. Mr Z. Kamdar forming M2 Trading cc & Mr M. Joosub forming Flux Web Hosting cc (trading as FXG) in 2003 and 2004 respectively.

They both decided to join forces and combine their business & entrepreneurial skills and venture into new Markets & fields in 2005 -2006 eventually forming KamJo Industries cc in 2007. Initially by selling and distributing food and general household goods in Westville Durban..

The Company gradually grew rapidly incorporating new products lines and ranges such as hardware, vinyl, crates, building materials, and more household goods. Eventually the company established itself in Durban and expanded further into Natal holding distribution points in Ladysmith as well as in Durban.

By the end of 2008 KamJo Industries cc. formed many agreements and partnering or affiliating with other companies in the related industries, thus allowing it to expand even further.

In 2009 Mr M. Joosub & Mr Z. Kamdar, decided to include their previous businesses into the Company. Thus transforming and conceptualizing KamJo Industries cc. to KamJo Group or KJ Group. By dividing each business into its own department or division, it allows the division to focus on its respective industry. The concept of a group of businesses eventually worked. And in the Future KamJo Group is determined to strive for bringing new and innovative ideas as well as a fresh look into the rapidly changing markets.

Company Location

Our head office is in Durban, we operate with distribution points throughout KZN with our main KZN distribution points in Ladysmith and Durban. We also have our sales representatives in Gauteng, Eastern Cape, Limpopo, Mpumalanga & North West Province. We also do ordering and sales via the Internet through our Websites.
