Our History & Foundations

Initially with the Directors Mr M. Joosub & Mr Z. Kamdar having formed their own small businesses independently one being in the Computers, Web Design & Webhosting Industry whilst the other being in the Clothing Industry. Mr Z. Kamdar forming M2 Trading cc & Mr M. Joosub forming Flux Web Hosting cc (trading as FXG) in 2003 and 2004 respectively.

They both decided to join forces and combine their business & entrepreneurial skills and venture into new Markets & fields in 2005-2006 eventually forming mutual agreements and an affiliation with each others businesses.

As their individual businesses grew, both of them decided to form an official company, they incorporated all their previous knowledge & businesses and putting it under one big banner. Thus in the year 2007 was the founding of KamJo Industries cc. But before bringing their existing business brands into the Company (officially a Close Corporation) the 2 decided to test drive the partnership & expose their new company by selling and distributing food and general household goods from their offices in Westville.

The Company gradually grew rapidly incorporating new products lines and ranges such as hardware, vinyl, crates, building materials, and more household goods. Eventually the company established itself in Durban and expanded further into Natal holding distribution points in Ladysmith as well as in Durban. Also with it being successful Mr M. Joosub & Mr. Z. Kamdar decided to finally merge their existing business brands into KamJo Industries cc. Which transformed the Company into what it is today, and making the concept a reality.

By the end of 2008 KamJo Industries cc. formed many agreements and partnering or affiliating with other companies in the related industries, thus allowing it to expand even further. To expand growth and take full advantage of the company's position in the marketplace and also with the global recession in 2009 Mr M. Joosub & Mr Z. Kamdar, decided to put the "Divide & Revise" Policys, which divided each business into its own department or division, also completely remodeling & improvising on product ranges and effectively making it more efficient & profitable.

Eventually this put our company in stable and comfortable position within a harsh environment. And like always for the future KamJo Industries is determined to strive for bringing new and innovative ideas as well as a fresh look into the rapidly changing markets. This is our Promise.
